Cylinder Cup.

I am in dire need of a cup for a hydraulic cylinder. It is the lift cylinder on a loader, 3" bore x 28" stroke. I have a casting # but that don't help. Should I strike out at Case/IH tomorrow, anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.

If you cannot find one, A piston can be made for the cylinder with provision for cups you can find.
Might be good to have two made and assure replacement. A piston should be inexpensive to make from T-6 aluminum. Jim

I got two at Case/IH this morning. $24.00 a piece. Rather pricey, but so is hyd. oil at $6 or so per gallon. Plus the old H being well lubed on the outside.
