Is the International 404 an Industrial Tractor?

Found a recent listing for an International 404 with a 2000 loader. Is this an industrial tractor or is it a farm/utility tractor? The seller didn't know what year it is. What years were they manufactured?
I'm looking for something to use on some vacant land I purchased (landscaping, driveway work, etc)

The 404 was a farm tractor the 2404 was the industrial tractor. The 2404 had a heavier front axle, but the engine and the rest of the tractor was about the same.

To add to the confusion. The Farmall 404 was available with a single or double tricycle front system as well as an adjustable type front axle. the International 404 was available with an adjustable front axle as well as a heavy duty fixed tread type front axle. The 2404 was the one painted yellow and referred to as the industrial model. A lot of the 2404s where used by the highway departments as mowers.

Is the International 404 an Industrial Tractor?
