400 LP head # ???

Guys, it is a known "given" that a 400 LP head should have a 364586 #, I know of a head on a 400 LP now that has a 356980R2 Is this a later # or what, or have I just been A Sleep at The Wheel and missed it. Thanks! OK, Alright don't be cruel now!

356980R2 is the block casting # for a 400 after a dipstick was added and the block casting # for a 450. Pre dipstick was 356980R1. Have no idea what the # is doing on a head.
