fast hitch/3 point

Hello: Was hoping someone would know where I could get the parts to convert a fast hitch to 3pt? Meaning the part that goes on the rock shaft which the top link would be attached to. Also the adapters which slide into the fasthitch receivers. Thank you for any help! Mark R.
