Can anyone tell me what model Deering Power Plant would have a 601 cu.in.gas engine.
This looks like late 1930's unit, bigger than a WK40 and has a fiber drive pulley on the back with a starter and generator.
Appreciate any info on this. Red

Is that a 6 cylinder?

UD14 is a D461 engine, 4 cylinder. IH did make some 602 engines for trucks, utility etc, a bit later on.

This power unit has 612 DC inscribed on the side of the head. M.Diesel could you tell me what that would mean? It may not be the cu.in.

Sure looks like a part number, and an early one too, but it is listed as being in TC4 which is the 15-30 parts book.

Would be interesting to see a picture or two of the beast, as a WK40 is fairly large in itself. If it is that old and running, most likely somebody would be liking to have it for their project.

Gmoman you sent me a meaasge last night but for some reason I didn't get it.Only a notice came from the Yesterday site, with no info.
