Duals on Cub

I'm trying to install rear duals on my Cub using the factory spacers. Obviously there is an optimum wheel to center configuration that makes everything fit properly but I haven't figured out what that is. How should I attach the wheel centers on the two rims on each side so the spacers fit properly? Thanks

The factory spacers are not meant for installing duals. They are meant for the "high and wide" option, commonly referred to as the "hi-clear" version of the Cub.

what specific trouble are you having?

You are probably correct but the parts book clearly indicates they are also to be used for Duals ( page 2 section 15 ). When I bought my Cubs they came with an extra set of tires , wheels and centers so I thought I would just put duals on one tractor for a different look.
I'm trying to find the best way to configure the wheels and centers so the 5 inch factory spacer will work. One way is to mount the centers on the inside tires on the outside of the square lugs. This will give me about an inch between the 8.3x24 tires but the inside tire will be very close to the fender. I was just looking for advice .Thanks

I run a set of duels on one of my Cubs. I made my own spacers for the rears and run wide front tires (they came off the back of a sears riding mower).
That setup works great in soft ground. Also my outside rear tires are on with the tread backwards to help when I back up.

If you dish the inside wheel wheel center in, and the outside wheel center out, you should have plenty of room.

Also be aware that switching the tires from left to right will change spacing by an additional 2" because the square lugs in the rim are offset to one side.

Here is a few pictures.
