Farmall Model A 1945

Did any one make live hyd. kit for the model A or any kind of hyds.

A friend of mine has a early farmall A and would like to make a 3 point lift for it. Thanks for any help Don

David Bradley had a pto driven pump with a valve that could be mounted on an "A" or "B" Farmall under the seat to provide hydraulics. It was sold by Sears and Montgomery Ward mail order. Far from "live", it was hydraulic power to raise a mower or plow. My mother has a "B" with that on it. I'll be glad to take photos and send in the future, but will be a few weeks before I am back over there.

In the archives there are images of belt driven pumps mounted on the engine and belt driven (A B C tractors would be similar for that purpose.
Swapping for a SA, or SC engine 123 CID with a provision for a cam drive driven Hydro pump also works.
