how to wire a H farmall to 12VOLTS

I need to know how or where to find out how to wire it up to be a 12 volt sytems. for a h farmall.

These should do it. For maximum satisfaction, and peace of mind use the 10SI Delco(mitsubishi Mid 80s) alternator with three wire hook up. It most clearly mimics the reliability of a GM car charging system. Jim

When i do ca change over i build my own new harness and use a 8 Ga. main wire from the alt. to the starter switch and then instead of a Amp. meter (yea i know it is not the correct gauge i use a volt gauge in place of the amp meter. )

I would put one of the mini alternators on it, the 10si is hard to fit in.

Here's a good article on the subject. Also, a mid 80s Hitachi (NAPA #2138130) from a Nissan PU is smaller than the GM and wires the same. David...............

There is some opinions on this, but a GM 1-wire is what I'd use. It is basically a Delco 10SI that is modified for 1-wire use. Contrary to opinions, I stand behind the 1-wire on tractors and mobile equipment retrofits with good results.
