came across this in a trade deal, painted red, has one arm fast hitch and opposite rotation for the cub pto. it is a four foot rotary cutter. has good serial number tag on it and is a Woods. any ideas on what it is worth, anyone interested in it? would make a really good looking restoration to put with a tractor. the frame does have some minor welds that would need to be cleaned up.
