IH 666 or 686 in Pennsylvania

Does anyone know of a 666 or a 686 for sale in pa, or oh or md with a T/A? Been looking everywhere and i cant find a decent one, for a decent price. Thanks for any help
 
Just depends on what yo call a decent price and shape . I may not be doing the buy and sell thing anymore but i still have many friends scattered across several states and still talk to them and see then every so often and if i knew excatly what you want to spend and excatly the shape you want one in i would be more then willing to try and help ya find one .
 
You look in lancaster farming newspaper? I have a buddy that buys and sells tractors. He has a bunch of 85 series tractors sitting around. I think he has a 584 sitting there.
 
Try looking at external_link. There are 12 686 for sale on there and about 15 666 tractors. Some are in your state i dont know if they are in your price range or what condition they are in but there is lots to pick from. Erik..

As someo one said the Lancaster Farming is
a good place to look I read the tractor section
every week.
Hoober inc has stores in Pa and De you can get on
there web site and check wengers and binkley and
hurst also.

That's pretty much the same question ANY tractor collector looking for a specific model has. I have the same complaint about Super MTAs and 560 Diesels:

The ones in your price range are junk, or get sold before you can get there.

The good ones are overpriced.

This reminds me of an old engineering saying...
Pick any two:
1. Do you want it good?
2. Do you want it fast?
3. Do you want it cheap?

Cheap and good do not come fast. Just be patient and keep looking. The right tractor at the right price will come along.
