What does A GOOD RUNNING INTERNATIONAL 866 GO FOR? it HAS A LOADER THE TIRES ARE A LITTLE WEATHER CHECKED HAS AN OPEN CAB NO GLASS. OH YEAH IT ONLY HAS SUPPOSEDLY UNDER 2500 hrs. would do you think a dealer would ask thanks?

I have one with the full cab, new paint and rear tires, dealer verified new clutch, pto clutch, and TA. Based on what I paid for mine, I wouldn't pay more than $7000, maybe $7500 if it really ran nice and had no leaks.

really depends on the area.
I will say an 886 will demand pretty good money and probably will run higher than what you would guess.

A 886 diesel a dealer is going to ask more than it is probley worth. With out the loader and no cab, poor condition, $4,000.00 , good condition $7,500.00 . Cab, good tires ,good paint good overall condition with a loader $7,000.00 to $10,500.00

You cleaned up on that one. We traded ours a few years back, new paint and a "like new" cab and a couple thousand hours on an overhaul. The dealer had it on his lot for $13,000. Sold in a couple months.

Let me clarify. I didn't pay $7000 for mine, I paid $11,000. That is why I said one in the condition described wasn't worth more than $7000.

If it is at a dealer I would demand a warranty on the block (electrolysis) and the rear-end for at least another 500 hrs. Have seen both failures on 2 different 886 tractors. However, both were hi-hour and 25 years old.
