MW hand clutch and belly pump question

I'm buying a M&W hand clutch for a Farmall H. My question is when the hand clutch is used the pto stays running but does the belly pump stop?
Thanks
Ryan

The belly pump runs off the front end of the countershaft and the PTO runs off the rear of the countershaft. It's driven by the constant mesh gear on the input shaft. My understanding is that the hand clutch 'breaks' one axle so that the differential applies all the power to the disengaged hand clutch, since a differential will always power whichever side is easier to turn. It's the same effect as if you magically put a patch of ice under one rear wheel and it spun.
