Flow divider lock out - 2606

Quick question. I went through and cleaned my flow divider and pilot valve. Installed them this afternoon. I am low on oil so I didn't get a good test of the system yet but is the lockout screw supposed to be all the way in or all the way out on the flow divider for maximum steering operation? I'm not sure I noticed much difference and I was low enough on oil, I could barely lift the bucket. The I & T manual doesn't really say. Thanks.

Gonna go burn some pasture tomorrow and buy some hytran.

Thanks Pete, I left before you posted but ended up screwing it out. After going through the flow divider and pilot valve I now have steering the equivalent of a Mack truck. Not like the car and probably not ready to add a spinner to the steering wheel but quite an improvement over what I had. It appeared that the relief valve in the top and back of the flow divider was full of gunk and stuck open. I probably picked up some pressure as well cause when I took it apart I didn't count the turns cause I didn't know it was adjustable. When I put it back together, I screwed it down and realized it was down farther than what it was but I left it that way.

Got my pasture burned and part of the highway ditch and part of the neighbor's pasture as well. Always glad to help out the highway department and my neighbor.

May add some 60N & 20 Phos and see how the brome looks this year.
