How can I get the 2pt to float for a grader blade? Does it need a special part?

Pull the pin on the bottom of the hitch cylinder , NO not the one that holds the cylinder on the other one , it may be a 5/8th -3/4 bolt that someone may have used because they lost the org. pin with the u shaped loop on it . That pin is what makes the hitch float or gives ya down pressure .
