Gentlemen, thank you very much for your help. A friend of mine is going to rejuvinate a white Cub as close to original as he can get it.

It looks like the lights should be red, steering wheel(?), wheels, and decals clear with black lettering. Seems to me that I saw a picture of a C with a red seat, but that might not be correct.

This is going to be a "wow tractor" in our summer parade. Maybe it can be a people mover at our plow day also (maybe haul little people?).

If he is half way serious about "as close to original as he can get it", he needs to get a copy of Guy Fay's Letter Series book.
 
There is a great picture of a nicely restored white demo cub on the cover of this months new RED POWER magazine cover.
