Hello all
I need to find some felt for a seal. The approximate size is 1" square by 30 inches long. Felt is what was used to fill the gap between the bell housing and tractor frame. ..I guess you would call it the bell housing, it"s the cast plate that bolts to the back of the motor. I considered using rubber but it seems like that would be difficult and would probably rot out.
Without that area being sealed good the mice get in there and raise hell with the clutch operation!!
I tried to find it here and I googled "Automotive felt" with no luck.
Any help would be appreciated ..Iron
