farmall h compression

i just took a compression test on my 1945 h 3 cyl where 110 lbs and 1 was about 105 lbs. is this about what it should be?
thanks howard

For that old a machine those are not bad numbers. Plus if it was/is a distillate model then those numbers are very very good. For just a good old work tractor pretty much any thing over 100psi is good for the age

taken from my blue ribbon serviceman's book a gasoline h has 120# compression at cranking speed, the distillate model had 95# and if it has fire crater pistons it would have 145#.
