I have a super m lp and have a question about the battery. I thought all Super's had the battery under the seat? The one I have does not, the battery is under the tank. Has this been changed on mine? This tractor does have disc brakes.
 
Only stage II super M's have the battery under the seat, if yours is a 52 then it is correct. You must also have a belly pump

bottom pump housing is there and has the gear coming out of it but has no connector to trans, not sure if it has a pump is in there or not. The hydro pump is on the motor. Thanks for the information.
 
If the serial # is F 501 to F 28174 the battery came under the tank and the engine hydraulic pump was installed at a later date. If the belley pump, pump drive is disconnected it was common to do that and use it for the live pump reservoir when a pump was added. If its serial F 28175 and higher it came with the battery under the seat. If the LP is a add on or you have a mixture of tractor parts put togeather, more information would be needed.
