I bet you are not as old as my mechanic. And by your attitude you never grew up past your twenties. NO ONE knows everything about internationals. I can fix pretty much anything, but when you are running A WORKING FARM, you need your tractors back asap. I don't have a heated shop or a month to fix it. So please stop saying that my mechanic, and friend dosn't know what he is doing. He started at the dealer a long time before you. 1955 he was 18.

I sure won't criticize how other people make things go. I've learned pulp wooders and farmers are some of the best engineering people around because usually they haven't had proper engineering schooling to limit their creativity. I've seen some pretty bizarre things done that worked well and when you think about it, it's the best option.
