560 diesel/ loader with tranny oil level problem

IH 560 diesel. I have a good sized owantonna loader on the front of my 560 diesel which was purchased with my hobby farm. The loader does not have numbers ect. I changed trani fluid and put it the the required level. No problems/easy work until I want to use the loader. It's not be able to draw enough fliud from the tranny and it will not move the loader much. So I continued putting in tran fluid until the loader works (about 1 and a half additional gallons). Couple questions for those of you who know.
1) the high tran fluid level is leaking some out of the rear pto pressure valve. Is the extra oil gonna hurt the tractor
2) tractor has a schwartz wide front which appears to raise the front end too much and might push all the trany oil back and away from the pick up.
3) can I buy a hydralic tank/resevour and mount to the loader/ tractor/ to give the loader what it needs and not overfill the tranny?
4) could something inside the tranny be rusted through which wont allow the oil to be picked up unless it is over full?

We need more information and a picture or two if possible. What size rear tires do you have and how much tread is on them? Also what size front tires? Do you have 2-way boom cylinders on the loader and are the valves on the tractor set on the D position? Most important do you have a owners manual for the tractor? Also the hoses could be crossed as they go from one cyl. to the other. This can be a bear to figure out. Also how are the hoses coupled to the tractor? Are you using pioneer couplers or are the hoses threaded to the outlets. If couplers they could be bad. Where are you located? There could be someone close to you that could help. Armand

Many people run them with 5 gallons over just to keep the oil level in the tranny above the suction tube going to the pump to keep the pump from getting air from a leaky seal. Not a problem.

I'll have to get back with you on the tires.

But the hoses are couplers and in spots they are leaking. not bad but the hoses are wet.

I'll have to get the tractor manual out and check on the position. The stickers are gone and I dont know which way is which.

I'll check on the tires.

Thanks for the info

and is the oil milky looking, probably, which means you need to replace the seal at the pump suction.

You have a seal leaking in the front of the PTO assembly allowing transmission oil to enter the PTO. It should have its own oil supply. Adding enough extra oil to the transmission to run the loader will not cause any problems.
