Are the pushrods the same for a 450 gas and a M?

they have longer valve stems so i would think the push rods are longer to.

The reason the valves are different lengths is because of different size combustion chambers depending on which head you have. The installed valve height should be the same for all heads so the rockers and push rods are all the same.
