9.50 x 15 tri rib tires

Will 9.50 x 15 tri ribs on 6 bolt 8 in rims fit on an M with factory wide front-- tie rods in the rear? I found a good buy on these tires and rims but need information as to whether they will center up on the spindle/hub.

An M normally would not have six bolt hubs on it but there are some that fit the spindle. If you have six bolt hubs most likely the wheels will bolt unto the hub.

As far as if the wheels and tires would fit you would also need to have the right offset in the rim so that they do not rub. Measure how much clearance you currently have between the tire and spindle and then measure the offset of the rim. Compare that measurement with the wider wheels/tires and see if there is enough room to clear.

Keep in mind that the wider the tire the more the center of the tire contact will move away from the pivot point of the spindle. The farther apart those two contact points are the harder it will steer and the more stress that is placed on the spindle and bearings.

Hello Dick, I was just wondering, if you decide not to buy these rims and tires could you let me know, I might be interested in buying them for one of my tractors. Could you tell me how much the person is asking for them? I hope you dont mind me asking this, just thought it wouldn't hurt if you decided not to buy them. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration. God bless.
Sincerely,
Jeff
