Hi, Leo. I got a chance to get out and measure my saddle weights.
The overall dimension of each one is 2-1/2" thick x 7" tall x 17" long. Trick to that is that they each extend forward of the grille and are shaped so that at the forward end they come in on a radius to wrap around in front of the grille a little ways.
For mounting, the top bolt hole is centered 2-1/2" below the top and 6-3/4" forward of the rear end of the weight. The bolt holes are recessed about an inch, with the recess large enough to allow getting a socet over the bolt heads. If memory serves correctly, they are 3/4" bolts.
Sorry for being so long getting back, but hope it helps.
