I brougth a farmall m parts tractor the other day got it home was looking at it and found that it had the m&w leaver on it can someone tell me about it and how it works was it a add on or was itput onat the factory
 
You need to give us a little more description of what you're talking about. M&W made a lot of attachments that would of involved a "lever".....throttle, pto lever, live-power hand clutch....ect...

Can you by chance show us a picture?
 
Does this lever come from the left brake or does it come from the right or left side of the front of the transmission housing. Coming from the left brake would be live pto. Coming from the transmission would be M&W 9-speed. I assume you know where the throttle conrol is on a M? M&W made a friction replacement throttle control. Pictures and more information would help a lot. Armand

No mine is on the brake side of the tractor between the brakes and hyd outlets that comes off the belly pump iwill try to send you a picture tomorrow evening Thanks
 
was it afactory add on and how does it work i would like to put it on another m tractor i have would it be the best to put the hole rear half on i would like to have more info. on what it purpose was .
