This is a picture of a toolbar setup on the back of the tractor. It has more than one hitch in it's get-along that's for sure...

It has a repair on the left side where it looks bent. Those long arms extend back under the tractor to about the edge of the platform, then articulate back to the drop housings area. A drawbar type arrangement holds the two arms together. The "drawbar" in the picture does have holes in it like you would expect. These two arms are connected by vertical linkages to a bar which extends between between the two fenders (rockshaft?) and this, in turn, is connected by a linkage that runs forward on the tractor to the hydraulics. Hard to describe and not in the picture. At the ends of the two lower arms are these large clamps.

This end of the arm does not wrap behind the tire like cultivators I have seen in the past. Looks to me like you are meant to bolt a full set of cultivators to this rear setup and to heck with the front ones, but I am only guessing. Anyone ever seen this setup? Is it for cultivators or did it have other uses? Actually, it does have one use...if it weren't there I could never get up on the tractor! It's a handy step.

I have seen it used with a tool bar across the back with bedding hippers on it. I am sure there are other ways of using the rear tool bar.
