W-R9 LP production

Anybody have an idea how many made? Looking at buying one, never had a standard tractor to restore.

I may get corrected, but I think the number is 0 from the factory, all others were conversions. The only W9 type tractor that Guy Fay lists is the 650.

my tc-32d parts catalog for the 9 series does not show a propane model, so they must be an aftermarket conversion like cnks said.

There were no factory W-9 or WR-9 LPG tractors made. Any W-9 or WR-9 on LPG is a field conversion. There were some WR-9-S LPG's made as were some 600 LPG's and 650 LPG's. No numbers are available as LPG was an option rather than a seperate model on these tractors.

I would like to find the LP manifold for my W-9. I think vinson made them but not sure.
