I bought these off craigslist last week. Thought you all would like to see them.

Nebraska Kirk, Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, Just wait a minute now, What is the deal with the next tractor to the left!!!! Looks like you missed a set of "Sandies" If you haven't traded for them, you need too!! A factory set of Sandies are scarcer than Hens teeth. Well worth what ever you have to use, to trade for or buy outright. Go get them! Yes the tires are the next problem in finding some, but there are some out there. Hope this helps.

John, a friend of mine already bought the F20 with the sand duals.

Email sent. I'm just looking for an old beater with a hoist to haul a little gravel or make a trip to the dump every so often. 60 mile roundtrips.

You may be too far away from KS to make it worthwhile or to get it and drive it here.

Us old cavemen need something as old as us so it can be easy to work on.

A friend of mine promised me his old 40 something international with leaky breaks for a few hundred whenever he finds a newer 60's model. The cheapskate hasn't found a newer one yet.

I'm in no hurry but sometime this spring or summer. Those old trucks cost a fortune just to tag and insure. Same for putting new tires on. I can use a trailer for most things so I haven't really looked that hard.

Kirk,

They look great! Guess someone updated the Regular with a later F20 steering gear. I LOVE the field mods! All part of the story.

I don’t want to pirate you post or distract from the two old girls that you’ve just picked up, but thought you guys might like to see my old “20” also. I’ve listed some of the field modifications below.

o Has Heisler Intake/exhaust manifold
o Equipped with 4 inch bore kit vice the stock 3.75 in bore to increase displacement from 220 cubic inches to 251 cubic inches
o Has Heisler Overdrive providing eight forward speeds and two reverse
o Equipped with Heisler electric start conversion, although not operational at this time
o “Variable” speed governor
o Equipped with mechanical power lift to raise and lower implements predating the availability of hydraulic lifts
o Has “deluxe” seat made by Monroe, similar to the standard equipment seats found on H and M Farmall tractors
o Fan belt converted form a flat belt to an automotive style “V” belt
o Brakes updated by retrofitting 1939 style foot brakes in place of the left hand only hand brake
The photo was taken when I was pulling another tractor out

Love your old tractors,

Scott
