Farmall 966 AB 100 injection pump

Leaked,replaced the o-rings in the head. Now I can't get the control lever back in the pump.Tried for hours to get the follower back in the groove. Any suggestions appreciated.Thanks, bob

Make sure control sleeve is fully down on plunger in head. Turn control unit arm so pin is at 6 o'clock positon with dot on pin is up. After it is installed arm must rotate full 360 degrees if in stalled correctly. And I will assume you have the internal timing marks lined up.

Timing mark was vertical and in the center front of the pump housing. when I reinstalled the head.Sleeve seems to be down.Have moved it up and down with a screwdriver.Its free. The groove is in the center of the hole where the lever goes. Have the dot up.Thanks,bob
