Found at flea market 4 3/8 drive sockets, marked "International" with the IH logo, model number, and size, along with "made in USA". Any idea how old these are and who made them for IH?

I'd like to know that too. We have a set of 3/4 drive sockets and ratchets in a blue metal case as well as a complete tool chest that is all IH/International logoed. Been around for years.

They still make them today. I have a set of 1/2 inch drive that I got from an IH dealer last year and I don't know for sure but I've heard that there made by snap-on. The ratchet does look just like a snap-on.

I got my set in 1975, I think for 100. I've got all the sockets , I did bracke the three foot rachet, I replaced just the head end, I think one of the cheep ones. It fit but I don't pull as hard as I did.

Our shop burned in 1976, and I am pretty sure we bought the 1/2" set that next summer, 1977.

I broke the break over handle a couple of years ago. Kick myself for not getting out the bigger sockets.

Bought a set of small open end/box end wrenches at a farm auction about 15 years ago but have lost the 7/16" one and would sure like to find a replacement.

The IH tools/sockets from the 70"s were made by Wright Tool and Forge in Barberton,Ohio. They made their own line of tools that were identical. High quality stuff. I have a lot of their branded tools from that time that I use a lot. They are still in business today.

Had one of the counter guys at Alderman's tell me that Wright made them years ago and are now marketing them under the Wright name now. There was more to the story just don't remember it all now.
