Help with 1985 IH 684 Steering Problem

I have had it to a IH Dealer who replaced the Multiple Control Valve (I got from a salvage yard)and it worked OK for a couple of hours and then it"s back to basically no steering just like before. For the first couple of times it seemed to get a little better right after I changed the filter but now no difference. Any ideas? Maybe change out the PS Vave Assy? Anybody that can help would be appreciated

check the flow divider valve, prob stuck,

My 684 had steering trouble.Parking brake material was clogging up a port in the housing. After cleaning and a new parking brake it is working fine.
