I have an older model International Harvester TD9 Dozer that I would like to know the firing order for the engine. It is approximately a 1940 - 1948.

Does this motor start on gas and then switch over to diesel like a M diesel? If it does, the fireing order is 1-3-4-2 on the diesel side and the gas but on the gas side, the distrubutor turns counter clockwise so when putting plug wires on you have to go 1-3-4-2 counter clockwise around the dist.cap
