I am wondering if a 2001 Loader off a SMTA tractor would bolt up rather easily to a Farmall 706 tractor. Also has anyone taken a 2001 with a mechanical trip and converted the bucket to hydraulics.

My daughter"s boyfriend has a 2001 loader with the bucked converted to hydraulic operation. I have not seen it; the model 504 International tractor & loader are for sale.

I have an IH 2001 loader on my Farmall 806. It fits it well. Mine is a hydraulic bucket model. I think the difference between the model 2000 and my 2001 is that the bucket hydraulics on mine is just one hydraulic cylinder at the center of the bucket instead of two cylinders, one at each side of the bucket.
