I thought he was in fighter jet maintenance. Alot of Corpsman get short term attachments to the USMC. He has never mentioned that sort of assignment. Moreover, I can't see how he could own a house with a corpsman's rating. I think they get shuffled around alot. Being assigned to a squadron seems more stable but it has been over forty years since I was in the military.
My old MOS no longer exists.

Hes a west coaster so not likely to end up on this side of the ocean. Now if he was on the east cost yep he might well end up down there. There is talk of the Sea-bees going down there to help rebuild

Wardner: Perhaps I am mistaken. Somehow I got the idea in my noggin he was in medical. Now that I think about it, I believe you are right.
