I have a 81 1486 outer mcv cover , can't get to stop leaking. Its not the pressure value.Have tried the thicker cover ,different gaskets no luck just keeps leaking on side below dump valve. Any help would be great. Thanks

Have you called a dealer, you can fish it out of them I have no idea what it is. My dealer always tells me whats wrong then I ask how much it will cost, then I say "youre kidding me, why?" and then they tell me exactly how to fix it so they can justify the labor rate. I usually save hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Just a thought.Good luck.
