Hi im looking for anyone who has or knows of anyone selling a complete wide front end also ive talked to a guy who has one for 450.00 is that the a fair price or a good deal thanks

Better jump fast at that price. Those arent that easy to find.

Are you looking for an original IH wide-front, or an after-market? If it's an after-market $450 is in the ballpark. I gave $950 for an original with no welds and I thought I bought it at a fair price.

An IH will have a cast center pivot. One off a late Super H, 300 or 350 will fit. The tie rods will be to the rear.
