HEY GUY'S JUST GOT A NEW CAM FOR MY B. LOOKING AT IT QUICKLY HOW IN THE HE@# DO YOU PULL THE LIFTERS. APPARENTLEY MY MANUAL IS MIA. JUST NEED TO PUT CAM IN AND GET THE HEAD BACK,I'LL BE READY TO SANDBLAST AND PAINT. THE WIFE SAY'S IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. SHE SAY'S I HAVE A FETISH FOR RUSTY TRACTORS!

Pull the rocker off and lift 'em out.

You will have to pull hard as they have a head on the bottom. You pull the cam and take them out of the bottom.

I pulled the cam on a 8.3 in a Magnum. It has the same type of lifters. I used wooden dowels and drove them in the lifters. Then I lifted them up and used rubber bands to hold the lifters up.

Turn the block bottom side up then poke the lifters away from the cam.
