on my super c clutch housing, there are two holes under where the hydraulic assembly sits, one it rectangular and shaped like the bottom of the asssembly, the other one is in front of it, it is round and is a threaded hole about 1-1 1/2 in wide. In my books,it does not show these holes???? I look at pics on ebay, theres do not show these holes? Why are they there? Why do some housings not have these? Please advise?

I gotta agree that pics would help. There is a hole about 1-1/2" on the side aout 2/3 of the way back the bell, but its' not threaded. The cap in it is held by spring clips onthe inside - that't the on eRandy refers to for lubig the throwout bearing. On the very underside, only a few inches behind the motor, is an oblong, racetrack-oval-shaped hole (on some tractors it's round, but likely not on a SuperC), that is under the flywheel and clutch. That's for inspection and observing the timing mark on the flywheel, and is usually covered by a n oval cp held in place by a bar, with a threaded studand wingnut.

If you've got something other than those tow. see if you can gt us some pics. I don't know that it would be, but for a SWAG, could you have what was originally a cotton picker that's been turned around to run forward?

I cant seem to figure out how to upload a pic, it keeps saying i am not registered, do you have email i can send it too? Where the hyd. usually sit, the ones i have seen are flat and solid, this one is hollow, it is a hole cavity, (it is not the round hole for greasing or observing timing etc...) this is where the hyd sit, right behind battery, right next to this cavity is a threaded hole??? I just saw a friends tractor and his didnt have this and i got puzzled, how can i get a picture on here?

you can see the cavity where the assembly sits in picture, next to cavity you can see a white paper towel sticking out of the threaded hole.

That is the housing from a 240. Check the part number, should be 369163R1. Those differences are for working with the later hydraulic systems.
