roosa master on 350DU

Guys, I just went thru my injection pump and it looks like I"m missing the pilot tube in the main housing. I thought the drive shaft seemed a little loose. Anyone know where I can get one? Also the parts drawing calls for 2 thrust washers on the bottom, I had only one. Can anyone verify 2 are required?

Thanks

Bill

You might ask this question over on the Minneapolis-Moline board as they used Roosamasters alot more than IH. The Continental diesel was only used until IH could build their own engine for the 350D and IH didn"t use Roosamasters. I also have a 350D with the Continental but have never been into the pump. Good luck.

If it takes a standard bronze pilot tube, it cost less then $10. The Roosamaster/Stanadyne rotary pumps are common on Allis Chalmers, Ford, Deere, Oliver, Hercules, Continental, some cars, etc. Parts are easy get OEM or aftermarket.

D or DB pump takes - Stanadyne pilot tube # 16320 or Spaco U16320. Last one I bought was $6.
