My son has a gas 560 that has racing issues and i don't like popping wheeles.

The carborator was rebuilt , no help there with the racing.

The throttle linkage is bent and rubbing in a number of places but I can't find a good diagram of what it should look like. The manual I have is the standard operator's/maintenance guide and the pictures are ugly and dark.

Does anyone have any better diagrams or pictures?

Thanks

Engine speed is not controlled by the carburetor; it's controlled by the governor.

You've got a governor problem. Either the carburetor is not properly synchronized with the governor, or the governor is broken.

Unfortunately, I haven't been near a 6-cylinder IH engine in close to 10 years, so I couldn't even tell you where the governor is...

CaseIH.com has online parts books for pretty much everything Case and IH ever made. Maybe you can figure out the throttle linkage from an assembly drawing.
