F-12 worth $1200?

Didn't you ask this question last week? Somebody did and the response was that is ok, but a little high. I have seen most "decent, running" F tractors go for right around 1000.

It depends on your location, in my area F 12 s & F 14 s seem to sell for more than other areas. about $1400 for good runners. I live in central Minnesota.
Steel wheels or rubber tires on the rear? What about the fronts? Does any implements come with it? All of this will help determine value.

(quoted from post at 14:17:58 01/05/10) Sorry I forgot to mention its on rubber, narrow front, and has nice fenders on it.
What are the tires like? Cheap new rears will cost you $1000 mounted with tubes and fronts will cost you $200 when you are all finished. This is the "do your homework" price. You could certainly pay A LOT more than that.
Personally, a tractor on rubber is far more valuable than steel. I use my tractors and don't like to tear stuff up in the process. You could always put rubber over steel, but is it still on steel then!?!
Fenders are expensive. That is a good thing.
When you say decent, what does that mean? Do you have a picture? Decent can mean everything from being able to tell what the tractor is to ???

Just something else to think about, I sold these fenders last year for $450.
