My SH Radiator has developed a leak in the tube that the steering shaft goes through. Is that rapairable. Obviously the alignment is not good. It is rubbing on the lower right side as you face the radiator from the seat. I tried to shift it to the right a little bit but it won't move enough to clear. I tried to adjust the pitch with the support rod. That helps a little. It has 1/4" pads and both sides are sitting on the bolster. This tractor also has the IH WFE which means I have to drop the front end,
