Super H radiator

My SH Radiator has developed a leak in the tube that the steering shaft goes through. Is that rapairable. Obviously the alignment is not good. It is rubbing on the lower right side as you face the radiator from the seat. I tried to shift it to the right a little bit but it won't move enough to clear. I tried to adjust the pitch with the support rod. That helps a little. It has 1/4" pads and both sides are sitting on the bolster. This tractor also has the IH WFE which means I have to drop the front end,:(, to remove the radiator. Has anybody figured out a way to reconfigure the mounting system of the radiator such that I don't have to drop the front end?

Shimming the radiator to clear the shaft is standard operating procedure. A crows foot style wrench may allow the removal of the offending bolts.
A good rad shop will fix it, and clean the radiator easily, not cheap except compared to a replacement rad. Best of luck. Many have cut the heads off the bolts and removed the rad., then replaced the bolts and pads. JimN
