Yes. Take a look at the tag. The tractor could have been around since 1959 and theres a lot of things been changed in the last fifty years. All you can do is take a look and go with your best judgement. If it was industrial it most likely has the reinforced diamond shaped front axle and a foot throttle. Those two things mean more to me than the paint colour. Sam

Power steering was never an option and you'd have to get really creative to fabricate a solution (that said I've seen it done). On the other hand, if you need power steering on the tractor you probably won't make it on or off the seat without a power lift. 3pt was never a factory option but some had a 1pt fast hitch and there are companies that sell aftermarket 3pt kits. They are a nice little tractor that can do a lot but they have definite limits. Sam
 
Ive got a 1965 140 that was yellow from the factory. round front axel and no foot feed. no hydralics. its had a mower sence new. bough it from the city. Bob
