Auto Temp spares will fit front Farmall A B C

Many times I find the Farmall front rims in really sad shape. here is a neat & CHEAP way to replace them.

Find a pair of 15" Automotive type temp(doughnut) spares & cut the centers out.(I used a 4" die grinder) They are the same I.D. as the Farmall A,B,C & Supers, 140,200

They will fit right on the non-adjustable type front wheels. If you have the adjustable type, the lugs will have to be removed and attached to the new rim.

the 500-15 Ag tire can now be mounted tubeless if desired as long as you don't damage them in the cutting process or mounting the lugs. Paint them silver, & you're good to go.

If you're really cheap like me, look for the doughnut spares for a full size ford car & use both the tire and rim. These tires are really tough,very close to the size of the 500-15 cost practically nothing, and is great for brush-hogging. (not that good for disking)

I have several really nice (and never used m ates) tires of this type with the center cut out, in case I have a flat (I converted the Super C & my B to the non adjustable type front wheel), I think they run truer at high speeds than the adjustable type.

It would be my guess that 16" doughnut rims would work in much the same way on the farmall H, M, W4, W6 & W9 But have never tried it.

Works on a Cub, too. Ms etc are not a bolt on rim so I don't think it would work on them.
