IHC Sickle Mower

I have an IHC single horse drawn sickle mower and have no idea what year it is or where to look for the serial numbers or anything. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
There is a good likelihood that it has no numbers that would mean anything. I have two IH mowers from the late 50's/early 60's. There is no serial number plate like on a tractor on either mower. Might be casting codes on some of the larger parts. If you have a picture you can post I or someone else may recognize the model.
 
Someone came and looked at it today and said that he thought it was from the early teens. Everything on it still works and everything but I don't know how to find out what year it really is.
 
A lot of the horse drawn mowers have a model number cast into the main frame in huge letters. If it is on yours, I can't beleive you didn't see it. if it doesn't have the model cast in like that, it will be hard to determine anything about it.
 
A couple good pics goes a long way. A lot of us here have references we can fall back on but we need to see it to compare to the books.
 
Ok. It will be a few days before I can take a picture, but I will take one and post it. Thanks for the help.
