I have a IH 340 benn haveing trouble with the lift When cold mostly,it will not work or when it is working it is slow and weak I had changed the filter and fluid but still not working properly,also when it is working it will put a load on motor unless you play with control lever to take presser off lift( manually nutralizeing the lift )Any ideas as what the prblem is? THANKS
