hooking up no. 30 power loader on h

Trying to the the no. 30 hooked up on the h. I got the loader connected but not sure how the hydraulics are supposed to run. The top side of the cylinders have hoses that connect in the middle at a t junction. The bottom to are connected together with a quick connect setup. Could someone send me some pictures or describe to me how the hoses are supposed to be attached so that I can start getting some snow moved. Thanks, andy

The top hoses are for a two-way system and you only have a single way system. So un hook the top hoses and but breather caps in the ports. Now if you want to convert your system to two-way operation thats another deal but it can be done. How does the bucket work manual trip or does it have a cycl. If it has a cycl you will need to convert your systen to two-way. You need to post more info.

Alternative set up -- Connect the top hoses to a "T" and connect the combined line to the filler pipe on top of the pump -- this is often dune with pipe.

I have seen atleast two hooked up this way. If you have any leakage in the cyclinder seals, the oil will be returned to the pump.

No. The top portion of those cylinders is a reservoir for hydraulic oil because the belly pump does not hold enough oil to fully extend the cylinders. Those cylinders are NOT 2-way cylinders. The top hoses need to be connected to the filler pipe for the belly pump. Installing a breather in the top portion is guaranteed to spray oil all over the tractor and you when the loader goes all the way to the top. Ask how I know.
