I"ve been tryin to get hold of Mark"s Muffler in Gifford, IL for a couple of days with no luck. Is he just hard to contact? Any info will be appreciated--Thanks

try oem parts in chenoa ill if you want the original muffler they are about 50 bucks for a new one oemparts.com they specialize in ih and farmall parts all brandnew parts

When you go to your nearest Fleetguard dealer and you order a Nelson muffler with number 14245T you will get a real nice, solid and good looking Farmall muffler.Mine cost 40 bucks.
Not many folks know these mufflers are produced by a daughtercompany of Fleetguard names neslon.See cumminsfiltraion.com.

When you order oil filters for an M or H you may also order the LF618 and LF584.You will get an IH filter for third of the Case IH Filter.Comes from same factory. The Case IH logo on the filterpaper is worth some 15 Bucks.Dont know why.............

[b:c20172ad70]Hi,
Here's my Mark's story..
Greatest guy in the world to buy from. Great products. Best mufflers in the world. Problem is Mark is impossible to get ahold of. Been waiting for him to return my last call for about 2 months, which sucks. Have tried OEM mufflers in the past. Just bought a "small outlet pipe" style muffler for my 1946 M. Looks awesome, but it's a Stanley with the top reworked. Their Super A/Super C mufler is the same way. Looks great, sounds crappy. Not trying to bash OEM, because they have some great stuff too.
Keep trying Mark is all I can say.
Best

When I went to order my muffler I got him on my first try!

But like everyone says during harvest time I don't think he ever picks up the phone. I tried calling the other day and his answering machine was full.

Keep trying...you'll soon get ahold of him.

Here's my stainless muffler on my H that I got from Mark.

OEM mufflers do not have the original sound, only Marks and Carter and Gruenewalds do.

Ken, he doesn't make yours does he? I though your $100 mufflers were a separate deal. Need one for my Super A before long--hope you aren't out of them.

Sammy-I got this number from Red Power Magazine that"s all I have 217-694-4735, 7:30AM to 5:30PM CST. Good Luck!!

Hi Seth--That H is lookin' real nice -- muffler ain't bad either. Thanks for the information and the pics. I'll keep tryin'
