M W hyd pump

I picked up an M & W live Hyd pump for a Farmall M. Can anyone tell me which port on the pump is pressure, and which is return so I can get the hoses hooked up right? Thanks in advance!!!

Put some oil in the pump and turn it over by hand (clockwise when viewed from the gear end) whichever port the oil comes out of is the pressure port.

If the two ports are different sizes, the smaller port is pressure.

If I remember correctly, both ports on the M&W pumps are the same size.

Yes, both ports are the same size. I can though put some oil in it and turn it by hand - good idea, Thank you.
