colors on c-20 fasthitch plow

Am restoring a c-20 fasthitch plow with an adjustable gauge wheel. Would like to get the blue and the red in the right places. Any help? Thanks, Larry

Larry,
The IHC archives describe parts/colors for old plows like Little Wonder and Little Genius, but you might have to see if a Case-IH dealer can help you.

The old plows were basically as follows: All springs, axles, backs of moldboards and lifting mechanism are "Harvester Blue". Hitch and coulter arms are black. Frame is IH Red, and wheels were "Harvester Cream".

NAPA has the blue match with #53 3736A.
Cream nowadays (records are lost on this one) is usually IH #935, same as grill on a 560.
But I'm sure someone will correct me on the grill color.

Well, you asked, the "white" on a 560 is 901.

Hey, I don't mind being corrected. Getting to the answers is what this site is all about.

How do the 901 and 935 compare? Is one "whiter" than the other? Or "creamier"?

Gee, I was on such a good roll....was perfect up until now and then the first mistake so late in the year. Like losing a no-hitter in the 9th with 2 out.

If the C-20 is the model with the big spring on top, pretty sure that spring is red not Blue.
