Seal on govenor housing on M

I am leaking oil behind the govenor on my M.. I belive there is a seal, but have no idea on what it would take to change it out. Any ideas?

After governor housing is removed from tractor.
Remove housing cover, front arm that spring is hooked to and key from throttle shaft. Pull throttle shaft out and you can see the seal in housing. Not hard to do, 2 of the three 3/8 bolts that hold governor on engine screw into it from the front side of front cover.
 
I just did that a couple weeks ago, not hard to do. I think the seal box is still on the bench, I'll go get the number. Federal Mogul 470119
 
check your throttle shaft for wear too. i just went thru the governor on the super m i am rebuilding and the throttle shaft was pretty well wore out. about 105.00 for a new one from case ih
